By using The Golden Eye, you agree to these terms.

The Golden Eye is a free OBS Studio plugin that runs locally on your computer. It is provided “as is,” without warranties or guarantees. You are responsible for how you use it and for your recordings, files, accounts, and uploads.

The optional YouTube integration uploads a clip only when you choose to do so. Your use of YouTube and Google services is also subject to their own terms and policies. The Golden Eye does not operate a server or hosted user account service.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for loss, damage, or claims resulting from your use of the plugin. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

These terms may be updated as the plugin changes. Continued use of the plugin after an update means you accept the revised terms.
